I’ve been a patient with Dr. Kim for about 18 years and followed him when he moved from Hilo to Oahu. In that time, he and Jaimie have helped me to take good care of my teeth and gums. He is amazingly skilled and painless in his approach. He has also taken excellent care of my wife who had quite a few major problems with her teeth when she moved here. She now has excellent dental health. He has friendly and accommodating office staff who speak both Korean and English.
It grieves me to write this but I feel I must. In 2008 this Dentist literally ruined my life! He talked me into 2 bridges for my lower molars and an upper denture. He billed the insurance company over $6,000. Since then I've developed a horrible case of TMJD from the unevenness. No other Dentists.ive seen since could help me without spending that I don't have. I continue to suffer day and night. His shoddy work has affected my whole life.
Wonderful staff, great experience. Staff had me wait outside until they were ready for me. Clearly they are taking COVID seriously, the staff checked my temperature and had me sanitize my hands before bringing me back to the dentist. The dentist was very nice, and Dr. Kim quickly took care of my problem. 10/10 would recommend to a friend. Everyone hates the dentist so you might as well go to a nice one!
