If I could give zero stars I would. I saw him once years ago and it was awful. He was extremely rude & condescending. INSISTED I had to have a scope done which I voiced my opinion about not wanting because I didn’t think it was necessary. Must have upset him because once I finally caved and let him he was so rough. He didn’t even wait until I was numb and it was awful. I’ve had it done before elsewhere and it wasn’t painful. It HURT. I feel like he was intentionally rough because I questioned him. I've had chronic ear issues for the past 7 years. I lost count how many different ENT's, primary care physicians and specialists I have gone to with no answers or solutions. Dr Kerr is the first to really listen, care and act. Even if he doesn't have an exact answer or diagnosis, that does not stop him from doing everything he can to help you. He's giving me my life back and I cannot thank him enough! Best doc out there is you ask me!! I won't go to anyone else.

Dr. Kerr is great. I’ve been seeing him for years. He’s very open to exploring all possibilities of the cause of a problem/symptom, and genuinely cares about his patients getting better.
