Was with Brian's office for 14 years before relocating across the country and I still keep a couple of policies with them. (I've been with SF for over 40 years) Brian's office has the most knowledgeable, professional, and friendly staff of any agency I've ever encountered. They truly care about their customers and have gone over and above for our family more than once.
Amazing staff!!!! Saved me $400 a month with two teenagers and 3 vehicles , helping me dramatically as progressive tried to take more than their policy was worth and charge me for people that live in the same dwelling but do not drive my vehicles and have their own policies … I couldn’t be more thankful for my agent Kim and how she is helping not only with insurance but saving me monthly in a way that will help with medical and my college student. I have never left a review for anything. This place is so bad I'm actually writing this. This is the worst insurance office I have ever dealt with. They make major mistakes in my policies every time they renew. They charge me change to policy charges when they make changes that are not what I discussed with them over and over and over. They then blame it on the underwriters. When on the phone with them it is clear they have no clue how to use the software for their company. They have no clue how to do their jobs. I have had the pleasure of working with Elvira at State Farm insurance and her coworkers as well and I have had nothing but POSITIVE vibes and very helpful service. Even if I don't need a different service from them they call to confirm and make sure I don't need the extra service. Brian Halcom, you have the most wonderful people working for you! Be Proud!!
