I have been with State Farm for 35+ years, today I had another wonderful interaction with Kelly. I had to update policies over the phone, I gave her incorrect information, she had to call back multiple times for me to get the correct information to her. She was polite, kind and thorough during all of our calls. She was and is great representation of Halcomb's and State Farm.

Luen was absolutely welcoming and insightful, such a personality and very charismatic. I haven't spoken with any of the alternative agents, but if everyone on this team has such diligence and demeanor, then I can foresee capitalizing on State farms very reasonable and affordable services for years down the line.
