I’m a local real estate broker and I represented my buyers for the purchase of a home that Brian was the listing agent on. His professionalism and communication made all the difference. We navigated a lot of back-and-forth on price and repairs, but thanks to his experience and problem-solving skills, we kept the deal together. Brian did a great job for our family. Always communicated progress and followed along with all of our wants and needs. Fully supported our decisions. Very active in promoting the property. Many more open houses than we expected. After the inspection, Brian took care of a few little things on his own. Highly recommend if you are looking for a professional that actually promotes your property. All final paperwork to close the sale was handled without issue.
