Dr. Jackson and his staff are thorough, caring and make the experience as pleasant as possible.
I had not been to a dentist in an embarassingly long time, and on my wife's referral (a patient of Dr. Jackson's) I had my first visit this past week. All of the staff and Dr. Jackson were very friendly, professional, and explained not only the diagnosis, but gave a reassuring and common-sense explanation for future procedures. I had been dreading it, but was happily proven very wrong; it is an excellent office, all the way around.
Funny, kind and always let you know what's going on.
First of all, love this place. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Marcia, the receptionist, makes you feel like you have known her for years. Dr Jackson is amazing, I have never felt more comfortable and confident with any dentist until I met Dr Jackson. He explains everything, ask if you are comfortable or have any questions. I have found my new dentist!!!
