Very unprofessional staff! First I was transferred to the wrong girl (this samantha was very nice & transferred me where i needed.) But Dr.Ispens desk girl samantha whoever had a great time yelling & hanging up on me. Which I think in any case, NO MATTER WHAT SHE FELT or what the situation was, she should have been trained better. Felt like I was on the phone with a Burger King employee.
I am about to have my second surgery by Dr. Ipsen. He got me back on my feet over 5 years ago and this is the follow-up he thought I would need in less than 2 years! Saw 5 other surgeons who said there was nothing they could do surgically for my pain, Dr. Ipsen has done wonders for my back pain!!! Can’t recommend him enough! Complete confidence in him!
Dr. Ipsen is magnificent. He explains things so you understand exactly what is going on, and his experience is John Hopkins level. His staff is so gentle and caring. I am eternally grateful that my husband was referred to him.
We switched to Dr Ipsen after having a bad experience with another doctor. Doctor Ipsen has really lived up to his reputation. He took the time to explain everything and was easy to understand. He is very attentive and was very present through the whole thing which is rare nowadays. Surgery went exactly as he explained and went very well. I highly recommend Doctor Ipsen and am grateful for his role in this difficult time in our family.
