Dr. Cross on our first visit was so warming and welcoming. He put me at ease with a handshake when he walked into the room. I’ve had horrible experiences with doctors, I have anxiety on my drive meeting a new doctor but Dr. Cook all I can say is that I would highly recommend him to anyone I know. Also everyone I encountered there were all like him. Please relate my experience to him and his staff. Thank you all for making my encounter memorable and pleasurable. Sincerely Laurie DeCelle. ❤️
The girls were all lovely and couldn't be nicer. The man who walked in the room with the white lab jacket on I would assume was the Dr, but I don't know that cause he never introduced himself. He stood over me as I sat on a chair never looked at my hand. Acted extremely cocky would I return? Hell no. !
