This is an update based on my visit with Dr. Bohner on 8/6/2025. Dr. Bohner is exceptionally kind, thorough and widely respected expert in sleep medicine. To contact him or to ask for a medication refill, please use the patient portal. Instructions will be given to you at the front desk. You must use the emailed invitation to register for the patient portal.
I went to Dr. Bohner back in June 14, 2024 & was tested for sleep apnea. It took til July 23rd to get a telehealth call w/a diagnosis. Then when I started with insomnia by mid September, it took 4 days the first week of October to get a doctor to sign for a CPAP machine for me. I was very mad about that because it took another week for a local equipment company to have an appointment w/a nurse to explain it to me. I've been seeing Dr. Bohner for approximately three years now. Despite other reviews, I find the staff very helpful. I received a call earlier this week to schedule a six-month follow-up appointment. I forgot about scheduling one, but they were on top of it. Sometimes, I have had to call to get a prescription refill, or to transfer a prescription. This typically resulted in having to leave a voicemail, but they always completed everything within 24 hours (if not the same day). For those complaining about not having a patient... read more
I would give zero stars if possible. No communication. Service is truly horrendous. Appalled that this place is in business.
