I've been seeing Dr. Bohner for approximately three years now. Despite other reviews, I find the staff very helpful. I received a call earlier this week to schedule a six-month follow-up appointment. I forgot about scheduling one, but they were on top of it. Sometimes, I have had to call to get a prescription refill, or to transfer a prescription. I would give zero stars if possible. No communication. Service is truly horrendous. Appalled that this place is in business.
the worst office in the world!!!left more then 10 massages never got a call back they ordered me a Cpap machine never got it IF YOU SMART GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! DON'T BE STUPID.
Dr. Bohner is excellent. However, his staff has not returned my call to seek help with my CPAP. There is not patient portal nor is there a direct line for prescription renewal. I believe his staff must be chronically overworked and not able to add additional members to contend with the overload.
