Short wait, staff were professional.
Dr. Collet is patient and explains everything. He is very knowledgeable. It is easy to make an appointment with his office. The staff is friendly and always returns your calls. The visit are on time and the staff is efficient.
We called Brian Collet's office to make an appointment. We had an emergency and had to cancel the appointment. It was rescheduled. While trying to go to the appointment Today (September 15th), our car wouldn't start. We alerted the office as soon as we could. Brian's receptionist rescheduled the appointment. About 5 minutes later, the receptionist called us back and said we can't go to their office or make any appointments because we "already cancelled twice so I can't have any more appointments at their office." A very intelligent, understanding and compassionate doctor. He totally understood my concerns and fears and most importantly was willing to have a snowbird as a client. Thankful that he is helping me. Great man!
Dr. Collet is the best doctor/surgeon I've ever had treat me. He's diagnosed every eye problem & performed multiple surgeries in a timely manner while others procrastinated & left me with long-term problems. Total confidence in him & his wonderful staff.
