My experience with Dr. Hwang has been nothing short of amazing. From all my appointments to day of surgery, Dr. Hwang was extremely thorough. One of the most notable qualities of Dr. Hwang is that he takes the time to listen to all your questions, concerns or just overall thoughts. I never once felt that he was rushing me or that my questions or concerns were unheard. The day of surgery was so seamless and recovery has been amazing. Dr. Hwang did a amazing job at repairing my herniated disk and I have gotten my life back. I ... read more

I am 39 years old man, but I’ve suffered from chronic lower back pain for over 9 years due to a completely collapsed disc between L4 and L5. The pain was debilitating and severely limited my ability to move and enjoy daily life. Dr Hwang is amazing!!! Had a significant L5/S1 herniation - causing extreme pain from lower back that ran down sciatic nerve to my foot. Dr Hwang performed an endoscopic discectomy and was walking around completely pain free the next day. He made me comfortable before the surgery - answering my many questions. He listens and is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled at what he does. I am blessed to have found Dr Hwang.

Dr. Hwang is beyond an exceptional neurosurgeon and person! Every interaction with him, he possessed patience, expert medical knowledge, and compassion. When I first learned that I had a brain tumor in the emergency room, Dr. Hwang took the time to explain the results of an MRI and paused frequently, in order for me to ask questions, knowing that the news that he just presented to me was shocking. The patience he showed during one of the difficult days of my life was beyond appreciated. In addition, Dr. Hwang is highly skill... read more
