After purchasing my 2017 XT5 in Dec. 2023, I experienced several mechanical problems that were apparently not addressed by previous owners. In the past months after the purchase, I experienced several mechanical issues that left me inconvienced on several occasions. Utterly fantastic experience! I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. I bought a 2019 Ford Fusion hybrid. They were extremely patient with me and took the time to not only give me answers about also help me to better understand the car. The managers as well are extremely responsive and the customer service made me feel like they really cared. 10/10
