I always have a great experience with Brian Hoskins Ford! Whether it's sales or service, they do a great job. I'm up to 9 cars purchased there over the years! The people in the service department are all very conscientious and are great at keeping the customer informed along the way. I highly recommend them!
Showed up at the dealership, I have a extended bumper to bumper warranty. 2 hrs to diagnose a back up camera issue that they couldn't fix and said if they take the dash out I'd have to pay for it. Cost me 196 bucks for them to say they have no clue what is wrong. This dealership is as bad as Robins ford.
Was over charged 100 dollars for a 2018 ford f150. Was told I will get a check in the mail that was the middle of January. Still no check. Wondering how many other people this happened to. Just wanted to update my review finally got paid . Ricky was a great salesman. Truck is working great 👍
