Horrible service, rude and overcharge. Try to get over on customers with calls and even if you have a warranty.
I bought a 2019 mini Cooper in January of 2019. Well today I called to get jt serviced and found out they don't service mini anymore, and stopped in November of 2019. How disingenuous to sell a car when we are assuming you can service my warranty issue just to find out now that I have to drive 4 hours just to get things done. I'm very disappointed in the dealership/ ownership for leaving loyal customers out in the cold on this one. ****** Brian Harris MINI fully intended to keep the MINI franchise in Baton Rouge, but MINI North America required a large remodeling to be performed to the show room along with a dedicated MINI service lane. Brian Harris Auto Group was not prepared for that large expenditure due to the national sales decline for MINI new vehicle sales over the last 12 years. The absolute worse people outside of the salesmen. Finance manger Jason rude and and in promising to have my new tags shipped. Three weeks later...they hadn't even sent the paperwork out. Called the General Manager Brett...he's the worse. Refused to take ownership of the issue, became aggressive and derogatory on the phone and refused to help. Sales manager got aggressive. I believe in an attempt to intimidate me to give in to his wishes. Likely due to my young age. So I finally got my truck back from Brian Harris Chevrolet Baton Rouge, La. after it malfunctioned with only 58 miles on it. After building my cars and getting quotes, these people tried to change up the numbers at signing by claiming that the quotes were not for the cars as I equipped them, but rather for the base models. They tried this because, although I built the cars, my father went to sign the paperwork. In short, they are dishonest. Spoke to customer's father and informed customer that M shift knob and Steeing wheel was in. Customer was in a Brian Harris loaner car while waiting for his M3 to arrive. While customer was in loaner car It sustained considerable damages. Customer's father agreed to pay for damages which came to $2500.00. Brian Harris BMW is still waiting on payment for damages. My vehicle was at Brian Harris Mini Cooper and got flooded. It was left on a canal bank. There were imminent flood warnings all week.Not a flash flood My vehicle was brought to this dealership to get service work. It only needed the codes cleared which should have taken no longer than an hour. The car was there for over a month and nothing had been done to it.
