I would give him zero stars if I could. Not only was Brian Vu unprofessional, he was completely out of line. If you don’t like women, maybe change your profession. If you do like women, you should really find a better way of showing it. 0/5 would not recommend to my worst enemy. Edit: your generic response is as bad as your treatment of women. The time for talking passed when you disregarded all concerns face to face.
I saw Dr. Vu today for the first time and I was insanely nervous because of these reviews. I’m so glad I kept my appointment with him! He was very kind and answered all my questions. He also listened to my concerns and did a great job ensuring I was entirely comfortable. I will definitely be going back to him. In fact, I already have a follow-up scheduled!
He messed up with my referral for ultrasound test, he didn't put in order that I'm pregnant. (After waiting for 2 weeks for his referral to be processed it got rejected). When I called the office they said he is out of town for a week. When I called again, they said he put new order as a routine, so I have to wait another week for new referral being processed. Then I need to wait for an appointment for ultrasound. If something is wrong with my pregnancy and I didn't do this test in time, it's only this doctor's fault. He is ... read more
