Great expertise, professionalism and communication.
Arrogant, unprofessional, rude, and lacking in empathy are the words I would use to describe the office of Dr. Moss. I brought my mom in as she had knee pain and swelling. My mom is 88 and in her 7th year battling Alzheimer’s which makes it challenging for her. We waited for 70 minutes to see the doctor, without ANY explanation of why such a delay or any word of how much longer it would be to see the doctor.
