I dont appreciate recieving mail with a picture of my house plastered to the front of the envelope. Will likely avoid Allstate in the future if this is standard practice.
At the start I felt that I'd finally had an agency that really would have my back. Then came an almost instantaneous cancelation of my policy. That triggered my ptsd bigtime! However, once I got in touch with the agency, & found out the cause for the cancelation, I plead my case&asked if they'd work with me. There were people that stepped up & did so. I received a very creepy marketing letter in my mailbox. It literally was a picture of the outside of my house with my name and address. Very weird. Please stop that.
We have only had this policy for a short time but previously i did insure with Allstate and they had been good. Always helps to never filed any claims.
