Great agency. Dorothy is amazing and so good to work with and so thorough. I referred her to some clients as I'm real estate agent and she took time to contact them after hours and was able to get them an insurance binder the next morning. Brian and his agents are very attentive and that's very important to me. I like getting the email reminders that my insurance is due, that is so helpful. To top it all off the rates are great. Would highly recommend and do.
The staff at this agency has been very helpful since I have been with Allstate. I had a question today for Kayla, who assisted me with my upcoming policy renewal. Since Kayla was busy with another client, Lauren assisted with my inquiry and also showed me how to better utilize the Allstate app. Positive experience all around, thank you!
I had a couple questions about Insurance and when I called in, I spoke with a lady named Katie Harris. She was absolutely wonderful to talk with. She was very helpful and thorough with her job. I very strongly recommend this place for insurance needs.
I have had such a great experience with all state! Every time I call the customer service is top notch! Katie is always quick to help and answer questions and helped me save some money! I will be telling my friends and family about all state!
At the start I felt that I'd finally had an agency that really would have my back. Then came an almost instantaneous cancelation of my policy. That triggered my ptsd bigtime! However, once I got in touch with the agency, & found out the cause for the cancelation, I plead my case&asked if they'd work with me. There were people that stepped up & did so.
