I will never return as a patient of Dr Granger. I went for a follow up and shared issues I was having and asked for suggestions on what could be done. He rudely told me to ask the front desk for a print out of home remedies on the way out and proceeded to bill me $128 of which I did not pay. I don’t feel he is worthy of being a doctor and it’s a shame I will no longer be a patient of Dr Granger.
My wife saw Dr. Granger yesterday. She had to wait over an hour in our car before she was seen for a strep test. Little to no explanation was given during that waiting period. My wife was finally seen by Dr. Granger after over an hour of waiting. She felt talked down to and unheard. It was as if Dr. Granger had already made up his mind regarding my wife’s health issues and didn’t listen to anything at all that she had to say. Dr Granger does not even deserve the one star I gave him but there were no other options. I left his office so shocked and upset sobbing all the way out. The office staff was very apologetic. During my visit he was very cold and rude to me. He treated me with no respect, and said inappropriate and unprofessional things to me. I am an elderly lady, spoke very clear and I have had a heart attack and two strokes in the past. EXTREMELY RUDE & ARROGANT! TREATED MY 81 YR OLD MOTHER WITH SO MUCH DISRESPECT!! HE HAS A GOD COMPLEX & APPARENTLY BECAME A DR FOR POWER & MONEY AND HAS NO HEART & COMPASSION FOR HIS PATIENTS! DONT SEE HIM FOR YOUR HEALTH CARE!
Wish there was an option for no star… He refused to see me after spending over an hour in the office… notified him days ahead what was going on with me through my portal… thankful for the staff getting me an apt.
