Wow walked in made an appointment and wasn’t even there to on their schedule and honestly the women up front that was talking with their mouth full was so u professional I rather go somewhere else.
HUGE mistake!!! I read all the reviews before coming here but wanted to give Dr Granger a chance. It turned out to be a HUGE MISTAKE! I take a pain medication for my hedache that is related to my seasonal allergies and get it prescribed when my allergies act up badly, about twice a year, last time I had it prescribed was in 2024, almost a year ago : I am NOT a drug addict, I am a 47 yo woman who works 6-7 days a week, 10-12 hours a day. Great doctor, caught my heart issue and sent to ER today before shit got real
After my initial review was left: (see below:) Sylvia the office manager reached out to me the next day. She was so kind and very apologetic and understanding and eager to resolve any issue that I was experiencing. I was able to get all issues resolved in a timely manner. I did have to call back to the office when I discovered there was an error with my medication that was sent to my pharmacy however, Meaghan answered the call and took great care with handling the issue promptly. I had a scheduled appointment for Friday 8/22/25 that I had taken off from work for. I was called today 8/20/2025 and was advised Dr. Granger wouldn’t be in the office on Friday that he had been on vacation and is now sick and that I needed to reschedule my appointment and couldn’t get another appointment for several weeks.
