Dr. Prachter is extremely processional I would highly recommend him and consider myself lucky to have him as my primary physician
I have been a patient of Dr. Pachter for over ten years and have always been meet with a friendly smile and caring professional doctor who cares about my issues.
Super smart, professional, fast. Dr Pachter retains details, keeps a comprehensive overview, cares, follows up. He's a busy guy, but he spends the time necessary and is backed by a good team of specialists. Highly recommend. BTW, PGSF North Miami office is always on time, courteous, competent. Plenty of free parking. Mt. Sinai is a zoo. Use North Miami office, save your sanity.

Zero stars if I could. One is being overly generous! I have been a patient of this practice for many years and referred many patients. Everyone else in the practice is AMAZING, kind, professional, and courteous. However, Dr. Pachter is the rudest and most unprofessional medical professional I have ever encountered. Literally made me cry. Unfortunately, I'm not the only one who had such a horrible experience. He has zero respect for his patients!
