I have been a patient of Dr. Perez for 18 years and I work in the health care field. I can honestly say he is the best combination of good beside manner and medical knowledge. Some doctors are brilliant jerks but he is brilliant and caring and manages to explain everything at your level. It will be a sad day in medicine when he leaves.
I have been seeing Dr. Perez for 18 years now and would not go to anyone else. He takes time to talk to you to completely understand why you are there and doesn’t prescribe anything that he feels won’t help, unlike other physicians. I have been seeing Dr. Perez for 8+ years. I am a retired nurse so you can just imagine how picki I am about my doctors. The most important thing is their bed side manners. Dr Perez is a 5 star Dr. He spends as much time as he can listening and explaining things to you. I have never felt rushed. He is very observent. He is the only Dr I have seen in these years. He takes care of all my health issues. He has been my Pulmonary Dr Dermatogist, plus Family Dr. I have always gotten a appt when needed
Our family has always gotten good care with Dr. Perez and the Tiger Point medical office. We do recommend friends they say they don't have a doctor. This site doesn't ask for the individuals who worked with me last week when I had an appointment. If you need their names, they are: Dee, Sharon, Garrett, and Dr. Perez. The number of my visits in the last 2 years is a guess. I don't keep a running total.
Great doctor! He's very attentive, always available when needed, and truly cares about the wellness of his patients.
Excellent physician. Very thorough with exams and ask questions with thought. Has good communication skills and makes you feel at ease with his visits. Extremely professional.
Clean new facility. All of the support staff were very friendly. Same day appointment. Excellent care in a timely manner. Dr Perez was very understanding and provided clear actions for my condition.
