This was a followup visit. I brought my Apple Air Pods with hearing aid capability because they are uncomfortable for me, and I asked Dr. Dougherty if I have particularly small ear passageways. In fact, I do; in fact, the right side is even tinier than the left, and even Dr. Dougherty had trouble inserting it in my ear. He suggested that I just wear the left one. Or switch to regular hearing aids, but I'm not there yet. The visit was quick and easy.
Dr. Dougherty is a seasoned professional who I have consulted and trusted for almost 30 years now. I would not want to go to anybody else for my ENT problems. He performs surgery on me and also removed my daughter’s tonsils. He is a great doctor.
Great doctor, very professional, very experienced, caring, and always to the point. He did not waste my time and money. I wish I would go earlier to him to treat my deviated septum.
Could have not asked for a better experience. My appointment was on time. Doctor took his time to explain, after all the tests, he saw me again and also explained my test results. Excellent doctor.

I drove 45 minutes to go see this doctor. After going to the wrong building, which was next door, I arrived to the appointment 15 minutes late. The doctor was seeing another patient and I was asked to take a seat in the waiting room. After 20 minutes, the person at the front desk THEN informed me the doctor had decided to leave without seeing me because I had arrived late.I had to drive 45 min back home with an untreated sinus infection, having wasted a total of 2 hours on the ordeal.Why is it ok for patients to have to wait... read more
I would give 0 stars if I could. Dr. Dougherty was VERY RUDE. My appointment was scheduled for 10:15AM. I was punctual & waited an hour before they called me into his office. When I explained to the doctor that I was unhappy with waiting an hour as I have a terminally ill father at home who needs 24 hour care so carving time out is difficult, Dr. Dougherty literally responded with: "Well I'm here now, so you can take my help or leave now." Dr. Brian Dougherty had done adenoidectomy and the ear tube surgery for our 4 year-old son way back in 2005. He had come in highly recommended even then. Son went on a talking spree soon after that and hasn't stopped yet :-). Fast Forward 15 years, I had impacted ear wax in my Right ear and wasn't hearing and thankfully there was an appointment available the next day.
