Brian has been indispensable to me with multiple real estate ventures. My dad needed to downsize and had lived in his condo for over 25 years. Needless to say, it needed some work. I cannot begin to stress to you how amazing of a relator Brian is! I was going through a divorce with an ex that refused to sell, or leave the house a whole YEAR after the divorce was final. Brian became my court appointed real estate commissioner. He guided me through the process of taking position of the home, and helped me navigate the substantial damage my ex had caused. Brian was relentless in finding the perfect home for us- despite the fact that we were out-of-state buyers, in a horrible buyers market. While were still out-of-state, Brian would tour and video homes for us to see. Once we were local, he spent countless hours every weekend showing us properties (with a toddler in tow).
