My mom saw Dr. Dial over a week ago and he ordered an injection for her extreme back pain. The shot was supposed to be ordered the same day but after a week of waiting and no calls I decided to give the office a call and inquire about it. The receptionist very rudely told me she didn’t see an order which is not true because it was mentioned twice in her after visit summary. I had a very disappointing experience with this provider. My mom was in significant pain, and we felt her concerns were not taken seriously or addressed properly. Communication from the team was poor, and we were left feeling unsupported during a difficult time.
