I’m sorry nice dr but really to me as a patient didn’t really understand what I was saying and I explained where the main pain was coming from upper back but they only looked at one place.. I felt like I was rushed and he didn’t take the time to even go over what might causing the issue.. This morning Dr. Dial was more than 90 minutes late for my appointment to discuss revision of my existing fusion following imaging that showed it hadn't fully fused. He wasn't in an emergency surgery, he was sitting a dozen or so feet away in his office talking with someone. When he finally joined us he apologized that his meeting had run "a few minutes over" and began asking questions while rapidly scanning the file and images, clearly half listening. I cannot express enough gratitude for Dr. Dial and the incredible care he provided. Dr. Dial was excellent, when I went to see him I was in a lot of pain and did not know what was causing the pain. I had seen other Doctors, but they did not know what was wrong, so they loaded me up with pain pills. When I went to see Dr. Dial he knew exactly what was causing my pain and how to fix it. After my operation I had no pain. He was wonderful!!
