Brian Dawson roofing recently put on a new roof for us. Tim was with us from our first call. He came out when the insurance adjuster came and was there until the finished roof was complete. We had a little problem with our ceiling, probably from a leaky vent in the roof and Tim came and repaired, not only the pipe but our ceiling. He did not have to do this, but he did it willingly and an excellent job. We would highly recommend Brian Dawson Roofing.
We had the pleasure of working with John Dawson to replace our very old roof. He was on top of it all and the communication was phenomenal! Honestly, it was the reason why we went with them because John was so fast at responding back and I did not have to reach out one time to figure out anything. The workers who came a did all the work replacing the shingles did an amazing job as well. They cleaned up all the trash afterwards and put everything back to where it was. Worst Roofing company. Do not use!
We had John Dawson out several times over the space of a couple of years to inspect suspected storm damage. Every time after inspecting the roof he would give us specifics on the condition of the roof - he had several opportunities to sell us a roof we didn't need but was always honest with us and advised that there was still time before replacement was needed.
