Clean, professional and very timely Dr. Dawson was superb with his bedside manners and technical experience
Extremely unprofessional. Out of 6 scheduled appointments, he didn’t show up to 2 and was 45 mins late to another without any notice. They were time-sensitive treatments he insisted be done twice a week. I waited 45 minutes at one session before being told he wasn’t even at the facility and I had to leave due to other commitments. I am not pleased with Dr.Dawson at all, I do not recommend. He kept forgetting to submit my paperwork for my ankle surgery since very early December 2024 and did not follow up with me or communicate with me at all. I had to keep calling to remind him to submit the paperwork which is very unprofessional. I have been dealing with pain for over a year now and he has helped drag out the process.
