Seemingly it is difficult to get them to do anything. They came out months ago and said they needed to work in my yard, never saw them again. Called them to come out when my septic alarm went off, they said they repaired the part and I didn't need a pump out. Now my septic is overflowing in my front yard and no one is answering the phone...And no one else can touch the system because I'm under contract with their company. Stay away.
