Don’t waste your time going to this office. The staff is ok, but the doctor is what truly matters and he’s TERRIBLE! He is NOT personable AT ALL. He’s arrogant and doesn’t even make eye contact or say hello when he walks into the examination room. He wanted five weeks of PT before he would give a prescription for an MRI which I had to practically beg him for. I said please give me the prescription. He said my insurance wouldn’t approve it until after 5 weeks of PT and I told him I have very good insurance and let me worry ab... read more
I went to see Dr Brian For back pain I Sat in the room for 20 mins He comes in the room looks at my Mri and tells Me!! Oh your Mri is the worst I've ever seen!! Go to physical therapy What a waste of time! He acted like he didn't care! Waste of my day And time!!! I wouldn't recommend him!!!
I waited an hour to bee seen. Then another 15 minutes in the room. Dr Mercer sat at his computer for another five to ten minutes typing and not speaking to me. Then he told me I was a candidate for surgery (of course) and that i was going to need a complete cervical fusion later on in life. Saw doctor for back pain didnt feel listened too sent for physical therapy didn't work went back didn't even see doctor saw a nurse practionier or something containing to have pain awful doctor who doesn't take concerns seriously and nurse was awful also
My 87 year old grandmother fractured her spine 1.5 months ago. She had an MRI and the office required that she come in for the results rather than hear them over the phone even though we explained it’s quite difficult for her to leave the house and sit in the wheelchair for extended periods.
