Wonderful group of people from the front desk personnel to the Amazing Nurses giving the shots!! I'm NOT saying it lightly that Dr. Jackson has changed my daily life. I went 34 years with uncontrolled allergies to everything to having control of them as we do now. With him and his staff continually checking to see how I'm doing with my current medications and shots makes me know I'm more than just a number to them.. I appreciate alllll of them so much!!
Awesome staff! The receptionist and insurance clerk were beyond excellent and knowledgeable. The nurses were so nice and made the whole visit a great experience. I will be starting shots so I met the ladies giving the shots and they were such a delight. They answered all my questions thoroughly and were so funny! They sure make coming to the clinic weekly sound fun! Dr Jackson was also great. Very good bedside manner and took his time to address each need I had! The office staff is very nice and helpful. The physician is curt, arrogant, and just not a nice person. Poor bedside manner. Won't be going back.
