Brian has been fantastic as a realtor both in buying and selling. He sold my home for me in early 2026 giving me advice on what to fix/paint and then how to price. Given the economy, I was worried about how much I could get and how long it would take. We ended up with two full price offers in less than a week (my last house he sold was under contract in less than a week too). Closing was a beast but he handled all of the communication for me and kept the process moving all along. Huge thanks. Highly recommend.

While Brian knows his business and how to close a deal, I found the experience of working with him as a realtor was not as professional as I would have hoped. I had asked Brian and my estranged wife to please keep their relationship professional through the duration of the sale of the home as it would give the image of a conflict of interest (no private separate social functions.) Brian understood and asked me to please notify my ex in writing to make sure the message came from me. Needless to say Brian did not live up to th... read more
