Excellent experience. Got an appt quickly, easy parking, and was seen by Crispell quickly. He was helpful and listened to my issues. Highly recommend him.
I found Dr. Brian Crispell very knowledgeable, patient, and caring about my issues. I've been seeing him for over 2 years now.
I don’t recommend this office to anyone. The receptionist was extremely rude. I was told I had a $40 copayment and it needed to be paid via cash or card. This was never disclosed upon scheduling that they only accepted a physical card. As we all know it’s 2024, most places accept “tap to pay” or Apple Pay. she was extremely rude and told me I could have “asked……It is also a sign that says “payment must be collected at the time of service, if it is billed it will be an additional $25. when i asked about the sign she said it w... read more
I would recommend Dr. Crispell. He took the time to explain my problem and what is needed to correct my issue. Very patient and helped assist in guiding me to pick the right shoes to wear and where to get them.
