Although I did not use Brian and Courtney as my realtors, my roommates and I were long term renters living in their "The Ruth SLC Loft" (found on Airbnb but rented off of it). The property was as listed, however the communication we had with Courtney was something to be desired. I've worked with different realtors in the past and will forever stick with Brian and Courtney. I feel like they really understand how to win in Utah's competitive housing market. So many other realators seem like they're behind the curve. We got top dollar out of the last property that we sold because they marketed it aggressively and had it professionally photographed.
