Responsive, knowledgeable, professional. Brian is a solid professional with a can-do attitude. Very responsive and proactive he’s able to quickly pivot and react to situations as they developed along the road to contract and to closing. Best Possible Experience. So, Brian was great honestly. He basically made the whole process easy and he handled everything. He was able to get me showings and sold the home for full asking price before even hit market. Was in coming soon and he already had generated interest and set up showings. He had great advice on what would be best way to show home and how to prep it so that it would look best and generate most interest. Good communication, provided a honest assessment of sales strategy of home. I have bought and sold several homes over the years and can say without question Brian has been the best. Great Communication ...as in...he always answers your call or get back quickly. Honest answers to my questions on sales strategy. If I sell another property he will be my agent again.
