Brian did a really terrific job helping me to find a nice condo to purchase in AZ. It was amazing that I never even saw the property prior to purchasing, as I explicitly trusted my best friend and Brian to make a good decision for me. As I was living in NC at the time of the search and purchase it was imperative that he was a good communicator. He also sent me videos of all of the showings allowing me to feel as though I had actually been with him. All in all my experience was amazing and I highly recommend him.
Brian did an exemplary job. Sold a 7 figure home in less than 60 days. I’m not sure what else needs to be said. However, I will say great communication skills and honesty. As in keeping it real. No matter who you choose to represent you, you’ll be doing yourself a real disservice if you don’t at least meet with Brian
Brian did a great job listening to what we were trying to accomplish, and then incorporated that into our search for a property. In fact we ended up buying a property he suggested, rather than the something off the list we provided to him. I highly recommend.
My father met Brian when we were needing to sell our condo. Brian was very flexible with my sister and me as she lives in TX and I am in DC/VA. Brian was easy to work with and said he would get our condo sold for a good price and he delivered. He made this very easy for us and we are thankful to Brian for getting our condo sold.
My Father met Brian while looking for a Realtor to sell our condo in Phoenix. My sister and I both live out of state so we had to make sure that the Realtor we chose was going to act in our best interest and have excellent communication with us since we weren't going to be in Phoenix during the process of selling the condo.
