Very professional office. Shelby the hygienist is very good when teeth cleaning. Dr Pratt explains everything as he is working on you which I really like. Scheduling is also top notch, I have never had to wait while at their office
I was not happy about Dr Pratt or his staff for multiple reasons. They are not customer friendly. I had a dental emergency & went in before catching a flight. He said, you only have 1.5 hrs, I can’t help you in that limited time. I said the last temp crown you did fell off twice. If this crown falls off, what do I do? Hygienist said, go to the drug store & buy glue. It fell off on my trip. Glue didn’t work. On another visit, I asked him to numb my gum before the shots. I had a bad feeling in my gut about Dr Pratt's office practices. I felt he had no regard for my opinion and was very interested in spending my money on unnecessary and unrequested services. I can't say I ever had a two-way communication exchange with him as he simply told me what he was going to do and how he was going to spend my money with no regard for whether my insurance would cover it or not. I saw other reviews online that support my perception of this dental office
I can't say enough about this place. Dr. Pratt and his staff treats you like a family member and makes you feel 100% comfortable. I had a major dental procedure done and I can say that Dr. Pratt did a fantastic job in executing and paying close attention to the details required for the job. In addition , his nice office is located in a very busy shopping area w/ a smoothie shop near for those that can't eat solids temporarily after get a procedure done. I would definitely recommend this dentist
Easy to schedule appointments and they are always on time. My smile is absolutely amazing. Dr. Brian Pratt is a very patient and gentle dentist. Dr. Kendra Pratt is a wonderful orthodontist too. We enjoy having all of our care under one roof. Getting ready to start my son next month. Great prices compared to the other orthodontists in the area and Dr. Pratt is so great with patients.
Very trusting and caring dentist. Staff are wonderful and very informative. Office is very clean and comfortable and the dentist is very ethical.
Unfortunately, I have downgraded a review for Dr. Pratt that should have been positive. I'm a regular patient and was always satisfied with his cosmetic expertise. He cannot and will not handle dental emergencies. He has sent me home in pain, without a resolution, a proper referral, or even the slightest bit of concern. He literally shrugged his shoulders both times I called or saw him for an emergency. His excuse: he's on vacation!! Wow. This is how he treats his patients. Would not recommend!
Very Very gentle! he is cautious and sensitive to your needs as a patient! His staff is friendly and helpful!
Dr. Pratt is AWESOME as well as his staff. They care about their patients . They listen to your concerns and they spend time explaining treatment. Dr. Pratt will be my dentist. Wouldn't go any where else.
