Dr. Hardy was a great doctor and was very good with me for both my surgeries. However the billing office is HORRIBLE. Never received 1 bill didn't even know anything about the balance until the collection office called 11 months later. The collection company didn't have any info other than my name and DOB, and that it was for anesthesiologist. They didn't have the number to call and sounded like a scam to me.
