I was trying to get an appointment with him which my Dr. gave me his phone number for a previously knee replacement of 7 yrs ago. I have severe pain in the knee I believe has nothing to do with the replacement but something else and pain in my back. I am aactive senior of 81 but I am at best more like a 70 yr old. He refused to see me because he won’t see anyone over the age of 75. I was just shocked. I have never seen that happen with any Dr. A failed of his Dr. promises. I would never recommend him to anyone
WHAT AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE DEALING WITH THIS OFFICE VIA TELEPHONE. Update : MY INSURANCE COMPANY CANT EVEN GET THEM TO ANSWER AND RESPOND.
I really like Dr. Domby, he is personable and kind. I saw him over the course of about 18 months and he was consistent with his care, advice and follow up and through. His PA, Becky, is top notch! His office staff is another story but he earns my 5 stars.
I went in today for a 2 PM appointment. I waited for 1 hour and 40 minutes and was then met by the nurse practitioner. She said I could wait to see Dr. Domby but after almost 2 hours I decided to leave and cut my losses.
