I went in today for a 2 PM appointment. I waited for 1 hour and 40 minutes and was then met by the nurse practitioner. She said I could wait to see Dr. Domby but after almost 2 hours I decided to leave and cut my losses.
First his office gives a call on the day of the appointment saying he is not available. Ok. We reschedule. This time this guy does not even come out of his office to see the patient unless the patient goes through a set of x rays. We walked out. Not getting x rays without even seeing, meeting or talking and finding out if these are even needed. What happened to meeting the patient first and forming a judgement whether these are even needed in the first place? It's a clown show.
WHAT AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE DEALING WITH THIS OFFICE VIA TELEPHONE.
Cant even schedule properly. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! OVER an hour on phone and cant get a human. When i did, just transfered to wait on hold for 40 minutes. UNACCEPTABLE.. Im paying you for a service which you obviously cannot provide. I will take my buisness elsewhere. YOU SUCK !
