I had called around for my 2013 Prius C that had rusted out cracked rear subframe axil beam. Dekalb Toyota gave me a really good quote, which they honored. I thought they might find they needed to replace shocks or other parts, but they didn't. The super cleaned and detailed my car as part of service, which I didn't expect at all. Very good customer service, friendly and patient with my questions. Highly recommend them.

5 years ago I had a bad experience an a Bemis service center. This year I was thinking of a new car and they had one I was interested in. I bought my car from them today and feel like I got a decent deal and a very fair trade amount for my 2005 Toyota. Ron Anderson, a newer salesman, was a really sweet young man. While new, he was honest when he didn't know an answer and got it for me. And so patient with all my questions. And worked late to make sure the computer was connected to my phone.
