Two years ago I was diagnosed with a herniated disk with pinched nerve after lifting weights. It was right before a family vacation and I was in severe pain. I went to 2 different ER’s in 2 different states. They gave me pain pills and muscle relaxers with absolutely no relief! When I got back I was referred to Dr Bernard via a friend.
