Great experience once inside the building. I do wish the outside had more clear markings as to which offices are contained within. Beyond that staff were professional, polite, and genuine. I left feeling my experience really mattered to everyone I came into contact with. Impressive, as this is not a common experience with Dr. Offices. Dr. Au was patient, clear, listened and even did a review at the end. I really enjoyed his bed side manner and answered all of my questions.
