He is a good doctor he takes the time to explain everything he's going to do so that you can understand completely what the procedure will be and if you have any questions he's more than willing to answer them for you
Dr Alva is a knowledgeable and caring practitioner, he answered my questions, checked my eyes post surgery and explained the use of medication going forward. I'm very pleased.
Optometrist was top-notch! Staff was rude and insisted that I sign consent for a treatment that I did not need. Having the treatment explained by a medical professional (Dr) then deciding to consent or not is a patient's right, but staff seemed to be unaware and became very rude to me. Highly recommend the Optometrist, but staff need additional training.
