Am completely satisfied with results and recommend Dr Lenser & staff for diagnosis, treatment & surgery. Dr Lenser is a deft skilled surgeon who earned my respect, confidence & appreciation. Cataract exam, diagnosis surgery & followup has been perfect.
I had a horrible appointment I had missed an appointment which I never do some sort of missed communication they have a $50 missed appointment charge which I seriously can not afford but they have some rude staff I tried to explain my situation and they truly could care less they should have a new policy but I guess the office hard up for funds there should be a per patient's ability to pay.
