Terrible receptionist, doesn't listen on what you are saying acts as if her job is a hassle when relying a message. Going somewhere else
After 4 mos. I STILL don't have my orthotics, despite calling MANY times; even left msg w/answering service & never was called back. Now they won't bother 2 go 2 USPS in next 3 days & r off 4 holiday, so they won't b sent til JAN! I said they should've resent them on 1 of the many prior times I called & I'll b complaining 2 AMA. She said this is all going in ur chart. I said b sure 2 note this is all from U not doing ur job or I wouldn't have 2 keep calling. They ignore accountability & r rude 2
