This guy gave me a steroid shot which is damaging. He's making at least $350,000. per year and he could care less. He knows steroid injections thin cartilage. Stay away from this guy. I'm sorry I ever met him. David Wechsler P.S. He'll never read this review.
If you are in pain...this is the LAST provider to go to! Although, my referral was "approved" almost one month ago, I have had to deal with the most rude, incompetent people at the dignity call center for the past 18 days. My communications varied between total misinformation, endless delay and their inability to "reach" the doctor's office. I FINALALLY got a an appt, received a confirmation, and an hour later got a call to cancel the appt because after 18 days, someone decided the doc doesn't accept my insurance. WHY DID IT... read more
Dr Kim was awesome! Patient, kind, caring and professional! The procedure was flawless! The support staff was great! The procedure was well explained. All my questions were answered. I was the last patient after a long time and I did not feel rushed. I am a retired MD and have first hand knowledge of how a center should run. This was all done very well today! I thank the staff for their exemplary care! I hope I never need their help again... but if I do, I would return without hesitation.
Every one of the staff was pleasant, knew what they were doing, and carried out their functions promptly and pleasantly
