Absolutely do not use this company. Was hopeful that we could have worked out the issues but should have been done Oct 31 2020. Its Dec. now so this is appropriate to share with the public. Worst experience ever with a contractor. We own two homes and we have a lot of experience with hiring people to do home projects. None responsive, has his workers call crying they havent been paid asking us to pay them. Have done work. Metal roof and gutters. The takeaway is simple. Do not use Brian Hardie for any contracting services. He is an ineffective communicator and not accountable. We were flexible and tried to encourage a positive partnership but we only got excuses. Our experience involved a roofing job that never started after waiting over 3 months and an un-returned deposit for months that we are still chasing. It brings me no joy to write this but folks just need to understand what they will be getting themselves into.
