Horrible experience. He was referred by Legal Shield. I phoned on Monday 08.11.25 and spoke with Hadley. He told me as soon as he could see attorney’s calendar he would set up appointment for my time sensitive real estate negligence/fraud case. The next day I received a letter from the negligent parties attorney and sent over. I phoned numerous times. The first day was the only day anyone answered the phone. I would give Caldwell & Morrison one hundred stars if it was available. I had my experience and the pleasure of being represented by Morrison recently on 10/10/24 at the Juvenile Hamilton Co. Courthouse. I was dealing with DCS and as a result not of my doing as the mother all four of my boys were taken into custody for two months until 10/10/24.
