Breakfast is always powdered eggs in a puddle of water. Lake Park Center goes through RSA's and CNA's like a running tap. This corporation always shows more concern and respect for its employees rather than treating the consumers living there with the same respect.

My brother was only here 3 weeks someone took his ssa number in got a link card off his name in been using it. like this never happen in Chicago so check on your people ssa number in u have family or friends there
A lot of drug use staff food is horrible a lot of violence and racism forced relationship residents are mistreated insulted resident requalarly thefts are normal no freedom to many pointless rules the people living their are treated poorly
