BRGR Bar, comes from local restaurateur Phelps (Dieck) Craig, the original chef, creator and owner of Brazo. We've created a new restaurant that not only fits well within the community, but also captured the authentic aspects of a local pub, with an infusion of modern and cool--in both the setting and the menu offerings. We've kept the menu items simple and use only grass fed, hormone and antibiotic free locally sourced beef.

Best... burger... EVER!!! I created my own burger (bison, smoked gouda, mushrooms, avocado, and ancho aioli) and it was beyond fantastic!! I can't wait to go back...
Wow - from the buffalo brussels sprouts to the shakes to the burgers to the ricotta sweet tater tots - holy COW the food was an explosion of flavors in our mouths. THANK YOU for a great experience. We WILL be back!!
