So un organized if you want to rent from them STOP don’t do it they got all type of hidden charges
Property manager could care less about the actual upkeep of the property. Parking lot is always disgusting broken glass and trash everywhere. Stairs and hallways always filthy. They give gift cards to people for leaving reviews after touring with the property manager who actually is kind and does a great job. The reality of living here is far different however and if you have a major maintenance issue good luck getting it fixed in a timely manner. Bree was amazing with showing us the apartments. Apartments are nice and looking forward to move into one of the properties they have.
Brii was amazing, she made sure our tour went smoothly she showed us 2 apartments in matter of minutes answered every question we had great experience
