1-10 I would definitely recommend the apts here to a friend we've been here a couple years with no issues I'm most satisfied with the maintenance he's always readily available to service our needs and he's pleasant I see no room for improvements here because you can't upgrade perfect!
Ashley P was great, got us the apartment we wanted and we were moved in within two weeks. Appreciate her showing us a beautiful place to settle for a while. Definitely recommend her as a coordinator for helping one find a place to live! Thanks again Ashley!
Full Transparency Post: After living here for a little over a year, the place isn’t terrible but it isn’t the best. For what the property charges, I expected higher standards to be upheld. 🚩The property bribes people to give them high ratings for gift cards at both their properties in Mount Washington. Just don't, and look somewhere else. I couldn't get out of this place any faster.
DO NOT MOVE HERE. The property and the units look nothing like the pictures online or on the website. 5 star reviews are coming from brand new tenants when they first move in exchange for a gift card. Parking lot is digusting and filled with broken down cars taking up good spots that did not move for the entirety of my lease.
