1-10 I would definitely recommend the apts here to a friend we've been here a couple years with no issues I'm most satisfied with the maintenance he's always readily available to service our needs and he's pleasant I see no room for improvements here because you can't upgrade perfect!.I’ve been here a couple years w no complaints this place is so pretty great
I am editing my review after having moved out some months ago. My apartment was constantly infested with spiders and ants. The way the bathrooms are set up in the 1.5 bath units (Jack and Jill style) did not allow for proper ventilation after running the shower, so over time we started seeing mold despite our best efforts to keep it dry in there. Full Transparency Post: After living here for a little over a year, the place isn’t terrible but it isn’t the best. For what the property charges, I expected higher standards to be upheld. 🚩The property bribes people to give them high ratings for gift cards at both their properties in Mount Washington. This property has untraditional lease terms that are not clearly communicated upon lease signing. 🚩And the rates to renew your lease are predatory and strategic.
