Full Transparency Post: After living here for a little over a year, the place isn’t terrible but it isn’t the best. For what the property charges, I expected higher standards to be upheld. 🚩The property bribes people to give them high ratings for gift cards at both their properties in Mount Washington. Just don't, and look somewhere else. I couldn't get out of this place any faster.
DO NOT MOVE HERE. The property and the units look nothing like the pictures online or on the website. 5 star reviews are coming from brand new tenants when they first move in exchange for a gift card. Parking lot is digusting and filled with broken down cars taking up good spots that did not move for the entirety of my lease. The little effort management puts into the appearance and cleanliness goes to the outside of the building. Once you walk inside it’s completely different.
