I did a lot of research before signing with Beach Rental Group and I'm very glad I did. One of the biggest factors was that they received glowing reviews by both the renters and the tenants. They do everything to get your rental unit ready, advertise, screen and sign tenants and all the paperwork necessary for leases and deposits. I highly recommend them.

they are super friendly and very easy to work with when signing a lease! Jillian helped me as i lived 8 hours away and was kinda enough to send videos and even show me the house in person as well when i came down a week prior to moving in. if you’re looking for a quiet neighborhood and a nice area this is the place for you!
So I live at a property thru these people now. You can't take what the realtor tells you at face value you have to verify everything that was promised or advertised in your lease and I would go and extra step and really check with them and the actual owner of whatever property you're renting on what they're willing and unwilling to maintain cuz I had to fight just to get a washer replaced because they tried to tell me they didn't have to do it but the realtor who showrd me the property (sam) said there would be a working was... read more
