Jillian is absolutely amazing!! My husband and I had to relocate to SC from NC and with my husband being busy with work, he was unable to really help with all the moving details. Jillian was very accommodating with me since I was doing everything by myself and she was extremely patient with my million questions! She made me feel comfortable about moving to another state! I highly recommend working with Beach Rental Properties and asking for Jillian!
I did a lot of research before signing with Beach Rental Group and I'm very glad I did. One of the biggest factors was that they received glowing reviews by both the renters and the tenants. They do everything to get your rental unit ready, advertise, screen and sign tenants and all the paperwork necessary for leases and deposits. I highly recommend them.
I'm a new owner to the Beach Rental Group and I'm very appreciative of how responsive Laura and team has been.
