I have had horrible experiences on several occasions. First I was yelled at for trying to have a snowblower serviced in the summer. I decided to give them 1 more shot and bought a used mower per their recommendation. Within the first year the mower was back in the shop for service no less than 5 times. The lemon experience soured my opinion.
RecommendedAwesome Service!! Our concrete saw was down and we needed it for a job. They worked their magic and they did it fast! We were able to come pick it up the next morning and runs great!
Went in to look at a Toro mower I had been looking at and no salesman was available so one of the shop guys who had actually had one of the mowers in the past helped me. He was excellent and answered everything I had asked plus given me some preventative maintenance tips.. Wonderful staff, lots of inventory. I am buying the mower in a couple days. Definitely recommend to anyone!
Had a small problem with a new chainsaw,walked in and problem was fixed in 2 minutes. It's not if you have a problem it how well it's taken care of. Thanks Dave and crew!
