I hired BrewTeks to fix an issue with my espresso machine. I allowed them to upsell me on "Preventative Maintenance". Then, they didnt bring the right parts to fix the actual issue, didn't arrive on time (or even the day that was scheduled) with no communication, and the issue remains unfixed to this day, despite having paid over $300. The technical staff is extremely knowledgeable and very personable. Overall experience was excellent. Management is genuinely interested in customer satisfaction. They service both commercial and domestic espresso machines. Definitely five star service.

Ryan and his crew are great! They’ve helped me service my Slayer single group and install an RO system. They are very responsive, offer timely service and are always willing to help answer questions.
